Part-time you can make $1,500-$5,000/month. Full time you can make $5,000-$12,000/month (or more!). If you want to make this career full-time and very lucrative, you absolutely can. Our private Facebook community is also there to encourage you to build the business of your dreams!

Once enrolled you will join a private Facebook community. Xan is very active in that group and is continuously answering questions. This is one of the many great things about this course verses others: you will get support from someone who has truly seen and heard it all over her 6+ years of working with clients and wants each of those who are enrolled to feel extremely comfortable when working with clients and supported along the way! There are also monthly group Zoom calls with a different topic each month. At the end of each call there is time for Q&A!

The course is about 50 hours and on average takes people 6-8 weeks to complete. There are very purposeful quizzes throughout the course to ensure that the necessary information has really "stuck" and at the end there is a two-part final exam: one for a baby and one for a toddler. The finals that everyone submits are tremendously impressive, which is a testament to the course material!

The average cost of a program is $300 (taking 30 minute consults to 2 week programs into consideration). However, most clients choose to book a 1 or 2 week program, which averages $400-$600. With that, you can have the course paid off after working with just 4-5 families!

Absolutely, YES! Xan's purpose in creating this course was to make it as practical as she possibly could. There are real-life case studies from clients that Xan has worked with along with scripts for how to run 15 minute intro calls and 1 hour kick-off calls. You will feel very prepared for how to get a client to book a program and how to run a program and support your clients once they do book!

Absolutely not! Xan always tells this story: She was living 20 minutes away from a woman that she hired on her team who she had never met before. In 1 year this mama worked with over 75 of her very own clients in that same area! These are people that Xan never would have connected with! There is also the network effect that will expand your personal network beyond what you ever thought it could be. One person you work with in your area will likely tell someone in another area of the world - that person will work with you and tell more people and so on! Your business will blow up and expand internationally before your eyes!

Xan created this course due to pain points after hiring her first employee who she had to retrain after taking a different course. There are many courses out there that provide a lot of information, but no real-life practicality. Xan was on a mission to create a course that would allow those who are enrolled to cut all of the corners that took her years to learn herself. This will help you to get where you want to be so much faster and efficiently! The course will allow you to really hit the ground running once completed as you will have the confidence to build your business and know exactly how to engage and work with clients. You will also have complete access to Xan and others through the Facebook community!
